I just bought a computer and I am being told nearly everywhere and when I try to do almost anything I do not have access or I don't have permission even under the administrator account. There is some sort of lock on the OS and Microsoft needs to tell me how to unlock the OS so I can do what I want, be it right or wrong, it is my computer and I don't think they have any right to tell me I don't have permission or access! Yes I have registered the OS and turned on the administrator user account but still a lot of no access or permission, who do they think they are telling me that? It is my computer not theirs! If I want to screw it up that is my choice not theirs! So how do I contact them directly to fix this? In message versitalbear was claimed to have wrote: How do you contact Microsoft DIRECTLY!
